HR Assistant

Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support its Human Resources team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an individual with strong administrative and communication skills who can assist with recruitment, employee records, onboarding, and day-to-day HR activities. The successful candidate will help maintain accurate personnel information and contribute to smooth and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
• Prepare offer letters, employment documentation, and routine HR correspondence.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related records.
• Assist with collecting information required for payroll processing.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.
• Coordinate HR meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist with maintaining employee documentation and ensuring records are up to date.
• Prepare basic HR reports and spreadsheets for management.
• Support HR compliance activities and ensure documentation follows company procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and company information.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment, or a similar position.
• Good understanding of basic HR processes and employee documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and HR software or HRMS platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
