Job Description

We’re hiring an HR Assistant (2–3 Years Experience) to join our fast-paced ecommerce team. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, and HR documentation using Zoho CRM and Zoho People.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle the complete recruitment process: job postings, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Manage employee attendance sheets, leaves, and punctuality tracking.
  • Maintain and update employee records, databases, and documentation using Zoho CRM and Zoho People.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective manpower planning and employee engagement.
  • Support the development and execution of training and development programs tailored to ecommerce operations.
  • Foster a positive work environment through strong people management and communication skills.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR department.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in HR, recruitment, or related roles.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven expertise in people management and employee engagement.
  • Working knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho People, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience maintaining attendance sheets and HR documentation.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented ecommerce environment.

Expected Start Date: 01/12/2025

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
