We are looking for presentable Female HR cum Personal Assistant at The Yellow Coin Communication Pvt Ltd at Jasola District Center location

Job Role – PA to Director

Experience 5-7 Years

Schedule Management

· Efficiently manage and organize the daily schedules and appointments

· Accuracy of calendar updates

· Meeting Arrangement

· Maintain effective communication channels for swift responses.

· Response time to emails and calls

· Ensure smooth travel experiences

· Coordinate tasks and projects to ensure completion within deadlines.

· Organize and maintain confidential information and documentation

· Uphold a positive image and reputation for the individual

· Optimize task handling for efficient time utilization.

· Ensure smooth administrative operations for enhanced workflow.

· Offer solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Role - HR

Correspondence / Documentation

· Preparing Contracts, Agreements, Letters, Circulars & Memos.

· Prepare minutes of meeting and circulate to the concerned departments / personnel’s

Record Keeping

· Maintain employee records (Personal details, Qualifications, Appraisals records, Disciplinary actions, Medical etc.)

· Maintain Attendance record

· Prepare and finalsing the employee joining documents

· Prepare and Maintain attendance record

Induction & Orientation

· Induct new joiners to the management & co-workers

· Provide orientation about company rules / policies / laws

Talent Acquisition

· Identify new skills to enhance productivity

· Identify talented employees to play role on better way.

· Pay Structure negotiation with employees

Recruitment & Selection

· Shortlist, Screen and Coordinate Reporting Manager / recruitment

· Generate Employment requisition / Job Offers / Contract

· Agreements to selected candidates Documentation

Boarding & Lodging

· Arrangement of flight tickets for employee travel

· Arrangement of accommodation of employee

Planning for Manpower

· Compliance with organization regulations

· Coordinate with Project Managers to cater their manpower needs

· Participate in meetings with Management, Heads and Reporting managers for Manpower requirement and overall development.

Employee Motivation & Relation

· Introduce new plans to motivate employees

· Identify employee needs and arrange welfare programs

· Incentives and benefits

· Performance evaluation on yearly basis

· Establish Employee and Reporting Manager Relationship

· Enhance Employee Satisfaction

· Grievances of employees

· Prepare comprehensive policy to identify the potential employees for promotions

· Maintain a work flow chart of each department

· Maintain effective Employee, Employer relationship

· Grievances of employees

· Clearance of Employees, for holidays & final exit

Performance Appraisals

· Conduct Performance evaluations Process.

· Provide necessary Performance evaluation guidelines to Reporting managers.

· Revisit evaluation report and ensure the transparency.

· Revised Salary / scale and Designations of employees

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
