Hiring for HR - AM

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Joining & Onboarding formalities
✅ On boarding & Induction
✅ Trining & Development

✅ End-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)

✅ Utilize various job portals, LinkedIn and other sources for talent acquisition

✅ Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interview rounds

✅ Maintain and update recruitment reports and ATS

What We’re Looking For:

✔Minimum 3years experience

✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills

✔ Proficiency in LinkedIn, Naukri and other job portals

✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
