Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Campus Recruitment
- Plan, execute, and manage campus hiring drives and fresher recruitment programs.
- Build relationships with colleges, universities, and training institutes.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, interviews, selection, onboarding).
- HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Review and update policies in alignment with organizational needs.
- Employee Engagement & Development
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Drive cultural and wellness programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Conduct employee feedback sessions and ensure timely grievance redressal.
- Payroll & HR Operations
- Manage payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
- Handle employee database, HRIS, and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, TDS).
- Ensure smooth HR operations including onboarding, exit formalities, and documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR functions.
- Experience in campus recruitment drives and bulk hiring.
- Hands-on experience with payroll management and HRMS tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Demonstrated stability in past roles (minimum 3 years in each company).

Pay: ₹10,048.82 - ₹45,000.00 per month
