HR Assistant Manager

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Campus Recruitment
  • Plan, execute, and manage campus hiring drives and fresher recruitment programs.
  • Build relationships with colleges, universities, and training institutes.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, interviews, selection, onboarding).
  • HR Policies & Compliance
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Review and update policies in alignment with organizational needs.
  • Employee Engagement & Development
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Drive cultural and wellness programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Conduct employee feedback sessions and ensure timely grievance redressal.
  • Payroll & HR Operations
  • Manage payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
  • Handle employee database, HRIS, and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, TDS).
  • Ensure smooth HR operations including onboarding, exit formalities, and documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR functions.
  • Experience in campus recruitment drives and bulk hiring.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll management and HRMS tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated stability in past roles (minimum 3 years in each company).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,048.82 - ₹45,000.00 per month
