HR Assistant (UAEN)

Keeta is looking for a passionate and people-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will support key initiatives focused on employee engagement, culture building, and workplace experience.

Working closely with the HR team, you’ll help create a positive and engaging environment for employees while gaining hands-on exposure to HR operations in a fast-growing, international company. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in Human Resources.

What You’ll Do

• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, including internal events, team-building initiatives, and office activations.
• Contribute to culture-building initiatives that enhance employee experience and strengthen company values.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR programs and activities.
• Support communication of HR initiatives and help drive employee participation.
• Assist with administrative HR tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.

What We Need From You

• High school diploma holder; or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Passion for people, culture, and employee experience.
• Proficiency in English.
