HR Assistant/Administrator

Kuala, India

The HR Assistant will support the HR department in day-to-day operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, payroll coordination, attendance management, and other HR administrative tasks. The role ensures smooth communication and efficient operations within the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities including posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records (attendance, personal files, contracts, etc.).
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process of employees.
  • Coordinate with departments for joining formalities and training schedules.
  • Handle leave management and attendance tracking.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data.
  • Draft HR letters such as offer letters, experience letters, and warning letters.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide general administrative support to the HR Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
