Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating final hiring decisions.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop creative strategies to attract and engage top talent in a competitive market.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver timely results.


HR Operations & Administration

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration as required.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and maintain accurate documentation.


Employee Engagement & Development

  • Work closely with leadership to implement HR initiatives that foster employee engagement and retention.
  • Assist in organizing company-wide events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.


Culture & Compliance

  • Champion Plutus21s values and culture, ensuring alignment across all HR practices.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide support in implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience, preferably in recruitment or generalist roles.
  • Strong personality with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
