Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities: HR Operations

  • Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Prepare HR reports, employee data analysis, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
  • Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR events.
  • Assist the HR team in the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Support in offer letter preparation and joining formalities.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers in Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Excel – able to manage HR data, prepare reports, and analyse trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingness to learn HR systems, recruitment tools, and processes.

Preferred (Optional) Qualifications:

  • Internship or academic project experience in HR or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of HR analytics or HRIS tools
