Job Description / Responsibilities:
1. To be responsible for:
a. Recruitment
b. Establishment
c. Training
d. Industrial Relations
2. To make all necessary efforts for timely recruitment of personnel required for the institute including issue of advertisement, scrutiny of applications and selection procedure.
3. To issue appointment letters to the selected candidates after obtaining approval from the competent authority.
4. To ensure proper data is maintained of all the employees.
5. To ensure that personnel files of all the employees are maintained.
6. To ensure that affidavit regarding his identity and verification has been submitted by the employee.
7. To issue placement orders for the employees.
8. To ensure that proper training programs are prepared and implemented for all the employees of the hospital.
9. In case, certification such as ISO etc. is to be obtained, he shall be the coordinating agency.
10. To maintain discipline in the hospital and initiate disciplinary proceedings as per rules wherever required.
11. To ensure that all the employees’ performance is adjudged at the completion of three years tenures for further extensions of service or otherwise.
12. To ensure that annual appraisal reports of the all the employees are obtained from the concerned authorities in time.
13. To be responsible for all cases for conciliations in the office of labor authority / labor courts / courts.
14. To obtain all licenses for the hospital required under various laws.
15. To ensure timely renewal of licenses for the hospital.
16. To maintain all documents including deeds / leases / contracts etc. and are responsible for their safe custody.
17. To ensure that grievance redressed committee works smoothly.
18. To arrange weekly / fortnightly / monthly meetings of the management and prepared agenda / minutes of the same and circulate to all concerned.
19. To take care of salary of employee and some addition deduction and penalty and all.
20. To take care of Exit Formality and F&F.
