HR Associate

The HR Associate supports the Human Resources department in daily administrative and operational tasks. This role assists with recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, record maintenance, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in posting job openings on job portals and company website
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate interview processes and follow-ups
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
  • Conduct onboarding formalities and maintain new hire documentation

2. Employee Records & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee files and HR databases
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Manage attendance and leave records
  • Support documentation for audits and statutory compliance

3. Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Assist in payroll data preparation
  • Coordinate with finance for salary processing
  • Handle employee queries related to compensation and benefits

4. Employee Engagement & Support

  • Assist in organizing training sessions and engagement activities
  • Address basic HR-related employee queries
  • Support performance management processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of HR experience
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
