Responsibilities:

  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screen calls to candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Lead the onboarding process to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Maintain and manage all the relevant documents.
  • Manage employee time and attendance records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Organize employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain the company employee portal.
  • Assist and organize training & development programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Between 1-2 years of experience in a generalist or similar HR role within the IT Industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
