Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen calls to candidates and schedule interviews.
- Lead the onboarding process to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Maintain and manage all the relevant documents.
- Manage employee time and attendance records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Maintain the company employee portal.
- Assist and organize training & development programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Between 1-2 years of experience in a generalist or similar HR role within the IT Industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
