Jerrax is a fast-growing software development company building world-class web, mobile, SaaS, and AI solutions for startups and enterprises globally. We are looking for an energetic and organized Associate HR / Junior HR to help us strengthen our people operations and support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Support payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR operations
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring internal compliance
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building activities
- Address employee concerns and support day-to-day HR queries
- Assist management with performance review processes and employee development initiatives
- Help build and improve HR systems/processes as the company scales
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–2 years of HR experience (Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Passion for people operations and building strong workplace culture
Preferred
- Experience in recruitment for tech/software roles
- Familiarity with HRMS / ATS tools
- Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
