HR Business Executive (Work from Home- Commission Basis Only)

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, online platforms, and databases
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update CRM records

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Conduct virtual meetings and presentations

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements

4. Market Research

  • Research industry trends and competitors
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Suggest strategies to improve sales performance

5. Reporting & Coordination

  • Submit daily/weekly sales reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
  • Ensure timely client follow-ups and payments
