Business Development Executive

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry (Air & Sea) to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in Air & Sea freight forwarding.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and CRM updates.
  • Prepare regular sales performance and forecast reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in business development/sales within freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
