The Opportunity: What You Will Build & Lead
As our HR Business Partner, you won't just manage HR; you will be the foundational People Leader responsible for establishing scalable systems that support aggressive business growth. This is a build-mode role ideal for a proven HR professional ready to take ownership.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive and own the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for critical roles across project execution, design, procurement, business development, and support.
- Develop clear hiring plans and competitive job descriptions aligned with project timelines.
- Build a strong, transparent employer brand to attract committed talent across platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, industry networks).
- Design and execute a structured, high-touch onboarding process focused on immediate engagement, cultural integration, and project readiness from Day 1.
- Establish core HR infrastructure including employee records, robust documentation, and HRMS setup (in coordination with Accounts/Admin).
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant labor laws, contractor management regulations, and state-specific HR norms in Telangana.
- Oversee coordination of payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management systems.
- Design and implement a performance evaluation system that directly links to project milestones, business goals, and company objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads to establish clear Key Result Areas (KRAs) and facilitate effective, continuous feedback cycles.
- Identify critical training and skill-building needs specific to solar EPC roles and organize targeted initiatives.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for all employees, ensuring open communication and timely resolution of workplace issues.
- Proactively monitor team morale, identify burnout and retention risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Partner directly with leadership on strategic decisions regarding compensation, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Set up and scale foundational policies (e.g., leave, travel, reimbursement) to support a rapidly growing team.
Ideal Qualifications (We Need a Proven Builder)
- Experience: 4–10 years of progressive HR experience, with a clear track record of setting up new systems/processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Sector Preference: Prior HR experience within EPC, construction, infrastructure, or the renewable energy sector is highly preferred.
- Skills: Expertise in developing and implementing HR policies, strong grasp of Employee Relations and labor law compliance, and proficiency in Performance Management processes.
- Mindset: Must be a proactive problem-solver, highly communicative, and thrive in an independent, "get-it-done" culture.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Non-Negotiable Requirement:
- Must be able to commit to a joining date within 15 days of offer acceptance.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
