Job Mission / Purpose

HR Business Partner acts as a strategic liaison between HR and business leadership, aligning people strategies with organizational goals. They focus on talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and performance management to drive business performance, working directly with management to implement HR solutions.

HRBP generally act as HR consultants for specific business units, acting as the point person for all people-related matters within that group.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Workforce Planning : Analyzing current and future staffing needs, identifying skills gaps, and developing plans to address them.
  • Alignment with Business Objectives : Working closely with department leaders to ensure HR strategies directly support the company's operational and financial goals.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensuring HR policies align with business objectives and legal compliance, and acting as a culture champion
  • Strategic Planning & Partnership: Working with leaders to develop people strategies that drive organizational goals.
  • Performance & Employee Relations: Providing day-to-day guidance on performance management, coaching, counseling, and resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Organizational Design & Change Management: Supporting restructuring efforts and managing organizational change to improve efficiency.
  • Succession Planning : Identifying high-potential talent and developing career paths to ensure the continuity of leadership roles.
  • Culture Enhancement: Work continuously to foster a positive culture by conducting activities to enhance employees’ morale, motivation, and engagement programs.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyzing HR metrics and data to inform decision-making, improve productivity, and monitor employee trends.
  • Perform any additional tasks as requested.


Qualifications (Educational Background & Preferred Experience) :

  • A Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or any related discipline (Business Administration)
  • Post graduate Studies /Master's degree in human resources management, business, or public administration will be considered as an asset.
  • Not less than 6-10 years of experience in the HR field.
  • Previous proven experience in Pharma industry experience is desirable.
