Support performance management, talent development, and succession planning

Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, engagement, and culture

Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and organizational growth

Lead initiatives around organizational design, change management, and workforce planning

Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency

3–4 years of experience in HR Business Partnering / Generalist roles

Proficient with MS Excel and Power BI dashboards

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work beyond defined boundaries when required

Confidence to constructively challenge and influence stakeholders

A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation

Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into action
