Job Title: HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Business Units (Dyeing, Weaving & Head Office)

Job Summary

We are seeking two dynamic and business-oriented HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to support our Dyeing, Weaving, and Head Office business units. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner between HR and business operations, ensuring effective implementation of HR initiatives while supporting employees and management across all HR functions.

The role requires a professional who understands manufacturing environments, possesses strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and can collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver HR services aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnership & Employee Relations

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned business units.
  • Partner with line managers to address workforce challenges and people-related matters.
  • Build strong relationships with employees and management to foster a positive work environment.
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Coordinate recruitment activities with Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Assist departments in manpower planning and workforce optimization.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

Performance Management

  • Facilitate performance management cycles, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations.
  • Support managers in performance improvement plans (PIPs) and employee development discussions.
  • Monitor performance trends and provide actionable recommendations.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and labor law requirements.
  • Support disciplinary matters, investigations, grievance handling, and employee counseling.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports.
  • Monitor key HR indicators including turnover, absenteeism, engagement, and retention.
  • Utilize HRIS platforms for reporting and data-driven decision-making.

HR Project Support

  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, L&D, Payroll, and HR Operations) to execute HR initiatives.
  • Support organizational change management and business transformation projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Professional certifications such as CHRP from PIPD will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • 3–4 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Textile, Retail, or Industrial sectors is strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to both strategic and operational HR responsibilities.
  • Experience supporting large employee populations and multiple business units will be an advantage.
