HR Business Partner (Crew)

We are looking for a HR Business Partner (Crew) and a good team member who will work at SunExpress Antalya Headquarter.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Law, Psychology or related fields.
• Minimum 3 to 6+ years of experience in recruitment (experience in Cabin and Cockpit recruitment is an advantage).
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in SAP is an advantage.
• Experience in the multinational work environment is an advantage.

Job Description:

• Managing high-volume, end-to-end talent acquisition processes for Cabin and Cockpit positions, ensuring an efficient experience for candidates.
• Acting as a strategic HR partner to Cabin and Cockpit crew members, supporting initiatives that improve their overall SunExpress experience.
• Responsible for all HR service delivery for Cabin and Cockpit departments.
• Conducting regular feedback, check-ins and review meetings to gather input and strengthen employee engagement.
• Working closely with employees and leaders to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity, performance, and retention.
