About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to manage client relationships and facilitate the placement of software technical resources. The role involves signing agreements with client companies, building long-term partnerships, and frequent client visits.
Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with client companies for technical resource requirements and placements.

Draft, review, and sign agreements/contracts with clients.

Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to align resources with client needs.

Maintain reports on client engagement, agreements, and placements.
Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in HR, client relations, or IT staffing.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Negotiation and contract management experience.
-
Willingness to travel frequently for client visits.
