Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible HR Compliance & Payroll Executive to manage employee payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance. The role involves ensuring accurate salary processing, maintaining HR records, and following all labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory compliances like PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.
  • Prepare and maintain salary registers, pay slips, and compliance reports.
  • Handle employee joining, exits, and full & final settlements.
  • Coordinate with accounts and HR teams for salary disbursement.
  • Keep updated records of employee documents and HR files.
  • Stay updated with changes in labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Handle audits and provide necessary compliance data when required.
  • Support HR department in administrative and policy-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR compliance and payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, TDS, PT, Gratuity, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software (like Tally, Excel, or HRMS).
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
