HR & Compliance Executive

India

The candidate should have knowledge about various Statutory Compliance, Acts and Labour Laws, Factories act, S&E act, LWF, ESIC ,PF, Minimum Wages, Maternity Benefit Act. etc.

The major job responsibilities would be :

· Ensure timely calculation, preparation, and filing of statutory returns related to PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, TDS, and other labor laws.

· Maintain up-to-date compliance calendars for all clients and ensure no deadlines are missed.

· Prepare challans, returns, registers, and ensure proper documentation as per law.

· Handle inspections, audits, and queries from statutory authorities.

· Keep updated with amendments in labor laws and payroll-related legislations and implement changes accordingly.

· Assist in drafting and updating compliance MIS reports for management and clients.

· Coordinate with payroll and HR teams for smooth integration of statutory deductions.

· Maintain accurate compliance records and support in internal/external audits.

· Ensure proper communication and resolution of compliance queries raised by clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
