HR Compliance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process monthly salary.
• Generate and file PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax challans.
• Maintain employee records and attendance data.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and compliance reports.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, and basic labour laws.
• Experience in payroll preparation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR portals.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
