The HR Compliance Officer is responsible for safeguarding the integrity of client entities by ensuring all operations adhere to legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements. This role focuses on mitigating risk through accurate filings, policy enforcement, and proactive monitoring of labor laws.

Core Responsibilities

  • Statutory & Regulatory Oversight: Ensure full adherence to Statutory and Regulatory Compliances. Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of all Statutory payments and filings (PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Social Security Management: Lead the end-to-end administration of PF and ESI, including monthly returns, registrations, and grievance handling.
  • Legal Adherence: Apply deep knowledge in Shops and Establishment Act and local labor compliances to maintain operational licenses and mandatory registers.
  • Policy & Risk Management: Implement compliance procedures and conduct risk assessments to identify non-adherence. Stay familiar with the New Labour Code to ensure future-ready policy alignment.
  • Management Assurance: Investigate breaches, implement remediation plans, and provide senior management with regular reports on compliance status and risk exposure.
  • Audit & Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants to support audits and facilitate employee training on regulatory requirements.

Experience & Skills

  • Experience: 3 years in HR Compliance or a similar regulatory role.
  • Expertise: Strong grasp of labor laws, filing portals, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Attributes: High ethical standards, detail-oriented, and proactive in tracking legislative changes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
