Human Resources Consultant
Orlando FL - Work remotely, but MUST live within 50 miles of downtown Orlando for occasional client visits, in-person team meetings
Base Salary: $65-80k plus bonus opportunities

Seay HR is a HR consulting firm founded in 1966, serving 100’s of clients across the country. We are growing and looking for an HR expert that has experience delivering excellent HR guidance in multi-client environments. In this role, you will provide strategic HR guidance and support to a diverse range of clients across various industries.
This position is primarily remote with the occasional requirement to travel to client sites for meetings, delivering trainings and attending conferences for presentations. Candidates must live within 50 miles of downtown Orlando, FL. Working hours are 9a-5p ET.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary and performance-based bonus structure. Base salary range is $65-80k.
Responsibilities:
· Act as a trusted advisor, addressing general HR inquiries from clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings (when applicable).
· Identify opportunities to propose and deliver HR projects for clients, including developing and updating employee handbooks, crafting HR policies and procedures, compensation programs, employee engagement surveys, and DiSC profile analysis.
· Foster strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service through clear communication, responsiveness, and a proactive approach.
· Deliver training materials in-person and virtually and present key topics to audiences at conferences and seminars.
· Conduct research on relevant HR topics and present findings and solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner.
· Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends, laws, and regulations to ensure clients receive accurate and compliant advice.
· Collaborate with internal team to develop and implement comprehensive HR solutions for clients.
Qualifications:
· At least 2 years of multi-client (examples: HR Consulting firm or PEO) HR consulting experience.
· Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
· Proven experience in providing consultative support to many clients on a variety of HR issues.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences and present content in-person and virtually to large audiences.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· HR certification a plus, but not required.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems (a plus).
· Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to building strong client relationships.
