1. Strategy and Advisory
Develop and recommend strategic HR solutions aligned with business goals (e.g., scaling teams, improving retention, reducing costs).
Advise management on best practices for workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management.
2. Recruitment and Talent Management
Design or optimize the recruitment process—job descriptions, screening systems, interview frameworks.
Assist in employer branding and candidate experience improvement.
Implement talent acquisition strategies to attract the right talent mix.
Support onboarding plans to reduce early attrition and improve productivity.
3. Performance and Compensation
Design or update performance appraisal systems (KPIs, OKRs, or 360 reviews).
Benchmark and structure compensation and benefits packages.
Advise on incentive schemes, sales commissions, or performance-based rewards.
4. Compliance and Policy Development
Ensure HR policies align with labor laws, safety standards, and data protection regulations.
Draft or update employee handbooks, contracts, and disciplinary procedures.
Advise management on legal risks and compliance-related employee actions (terminations, grievances, etc.).
5. Training and Development
Assess skill gaps through audits or employee surveys.
Develop training calendars and leadership development programs.
Partner with external trainers or design in-house workshops.
6. Employee Relations and Culture
Advise on conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
Create frameworks for employee engagement, feedback, and recognition.
Help shape company culture during transitions—mergers, rapid growth, or restructuring.
7. HR Systems and Analytics
Evaluate or implement HR software (HRMS, payroll, ATS, or performance systems).
Use analytics to identify trends in turnover, hiring efficiency, or absenteeism.
Report insights and recommend corrective actions to leadership.
8. Change Management
Guide leadership during organizational change—new structures, policies, or technology rollouts.
Communicate change plans and manage employee transitions effectively.
Build trust between management and staff during sensitive transitions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,280.75 per month
