Requirements:
✅ Minimum 5 year of experience as HR cum coordinator.
✅ Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, enhancing the new hire experience.
✅ Creating programs to enhance employee skills, support professional growth, and ensure continuous learning.
✅ Develop the company’s employee management system and process including the use of the new HR Management software.
✅ Expert in HR coordination to monitor and analyze daily work flow for cost control.
✅ Female candidates are preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
