HR Coordinator

About The Role:

The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by managing day-to-day HR operations, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, contracts, and orientation materials.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with payroll preparation, leave management, and benefits administration.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance review processes and maintain related documentation.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
