HR Coordinator

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• In charge of all Technicians/Laborers related concerns
• Overseas & Local recruitment planning & arrangement (Technicians/Laborers)
• Manpower allocation & planning (Site Requirements, Deployment, Site Transfers)
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience as HR Coordinator/HR Officer in a construction company
• Must have UAE experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
