Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and engineering leads to identify and define hiring requirements for Pockit Engineers and other workplace service roles.
  • Draft and manage job postings across internal portals and external platforms.
  • Source candidates through internal databases, employee referrals, LinkedIn, and technical job boards.
  • Screen applications, conduct phone and technical interviews, and assess suitability for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure timely feedback to all stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute employee referral and internal mobility programs.
  • Maintain and update recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track key hiring metrics.
  • Support smooth onboarding of new hires, ensuring a positive transition into the organization.
  • Stay informed on the latest recruitment trends, particularly in IT and engineering talent acquisition.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Internal Recruiter, handling both IT and Non-IT roles.
  • Strong understanding of technical competencies, engineering profiles, and current market trends.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of recruitment compliance and confidentiality practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
