About Brighter Strides ABA Therapy
Brighter Strides ABA Therapy provides individualized, evidence-based care for children with autism and developmental delays across several states. Our team is built on collaboration, empathy, and quality care, and we’re continuing to grow.

Position Summary
We’re looking for an organized and people-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human-resources operations and employee relations across multiple states. This person will help ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and staff communication while maintaining the warm, supportive culture that defines Brighter Strides.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding, including new-hire documentation, background checks, and credential verification.
  • Support benefits enrollment, PTO tracking, and employee status updates.
  • Maintain accurate personnel files, credentials, and compliance records.
  • Partner with Operations and Credentialing teams to track certifications, renewals, and expiring documents.
  • Coordinate HR communications, announcements, and updates to staff.
  • Assist with recruiting logistics, interviews, and offer letters.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist leadership with audits or state-specific compliance needs.
  • Help plan staff appreciation events, recognition programs, and retention initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of HR or administrative experience (required).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with HRIS systems a plus.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving, multi-state environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
