Job Summary:

The HR Coordinator provides direct administrative support to the Vice President of Human Resources and ensures the efficient operation of the HR department. This role is ideal for a highly organized and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a vital part in managing priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting HR initiatives that drive organizational success.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

As the HR Coordinator, you will serve as the go-to support for the Vice President of Human Resources and the broader HR department. You’ll manage the HR inbox, triage incoming requests, and ensure timely responses. You’ll also coordinate schedules, meetings, and materials for leadership while handling sensitive employee information with the highest level of discretion. In addition, you’ll help maintain HR records and systems, support projects and initiatives, and serve as a professional point of contact for internal stakeholders. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting the department’s evolving needs.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Administrative experience, preferably within Human Resources or a corporate environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new responsibilities as needed
