· Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process: posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing communication.

· Assist in organizing placement drives and outreach activities.

· Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.

· Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain joining formalities.

· Monitor attendance across departments and maintain daily/monthly attendance reports.

· Track and update employee leave records, including CL, ML, and compensatory offs.

· Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and HR databases.

· Assist with compliance-related documentation for PF, TDS, Gratuity, etc.

· Support in the preparation of salary slips, experience letters, resignation acceptance, and termination notices.

· Plan and organize employee engagement activities such as birthdays, festivals, team outings, and wellness Programs.

· Assist in conducting internal trainings, workshops, and staff development initiatives.

· Handle employee exit procedures including clearance forms, final settlements, and full-and-final documentation.

Conduct exit interviews and prepare related reports for HR review.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
