Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
  • Support employee orientation and joining formalities.

2. HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records (digital & physical).
  • Manage attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll inputs.
  • Update HR databases, maintain files, and prepare HR reports.

3. Employee Relations

  • Assist employees with HR-related questions.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support grievance handling and escalate issues as needed.

4. Compliance & Policy Support

  • Ensure HR procedures follow company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in preparing documents for audits and compliance checks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

5. Training & Development

  • Coordinate training schedules and maintain attendance.
  • Track completion of training programs.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HR software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
