Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
- Support employee orientation and joining formalities.
2. HR Administration
- Maintain employee records (digital & physical).
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll inputs.
- Update HR databases, maintain files, and prepare HR reports.
3. Employee Relations
- Assist employees with HR-related questions.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Support grievance handling and escalate issues as needed.
4. Compliance & Policy Support
- Ensure HR procedures follow company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in preparing documents for audits and compliance checks.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
5. Training & Development
- Coordinate training schedules and maintain attendance.
- Track completion of training programs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR software.
