Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate must be locally available in Bahrain and knowledgeable in Bahrain labour law, HR processes, and compliance requirements. This role will help ensure smooth HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, documentation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support full‑cycle recruitment: prepare job adverts, post on job boards (including Indeed), screen CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate assessments.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and guide candidates through hiring requirements.
- Conduct new employee onboarding & induction; ensure all documentation and system entries (HRIS) are completed.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain and update accurate employee records (paper and digital) in HRIS and personnel files.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and Bahrain Labour Law requirements are upheld.
- Assist with work permit, visa documentation, and government relations coordination as needed.
Employee Support & Reporting
- Respond to employee HR inquiries and assist with general HR support.
- Prepare HR reports on recruitment status, attendance, leave, and other metrics.
- Support performance management processes, training coordination, and HR projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years HR administrative experience (coordinating recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation).
- Knowledgeable in Bahrain Labour Law, HR compliance, and government processes (LMRA, work permits).
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
- Strong organization, confidentiality, problem‑solving skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
