HR Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our HR team. You will handle administrative tasks, assist with recruiting, maintain employee records, and answer employee questions. This role keeps the department running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Onboarding

  • Post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
  • Prepare offer letters and run background checks
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and I-9 verification

Records & Data

  • Maintain accurate employee files and HRIS records
  • Process status changes (promotions, terminations, leaves)
  • Generate reports on headcount, turnover, and time-off

Employee Support

  • Answer employee questions about policies, benefits, and payroll
  • Assist with leave of absence tracking
  • Support employee events and recognition programs

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of administrative or HR experience
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel basics) and HRIS systems
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong organization and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR5,500.00 per month
