Job Description
  • PRO & Government Relations
  • Process employment visas, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID, medicals, and labor approvals.
  • Liaise with MOHRE, GDRFA, Immigration, Free Zone authorities, and other UAE government entities.
  • Manage trade license renewals, company documentation, and regulatory approvals.
  • Track visa expiry dates and ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws.
  • Handle document attestation, notarization, and submission requirements.
  • HR Administration & Employee Lifecycle
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS updates.
  • Support onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation.
  • Coordinate probation confirmations, contract renewals, and exit procedures.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of employee files and confidentiality.
  • Payroll & Benefits Support
  • Coordinate attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
  • Support WPS compliance and salary processing coordination.
  • Assist with medical insurance enrollment and renewals.
  • Employee Support & Engagement
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, leave, and documentation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR communications.
  • Promote a positive and compliant workplace environment.
  • Compliance & Coordination
  • Ensure adherence to UAE labor law and company policies.
  • Coordinate between HR, Finance, and management for compliance and reporting.
  • Maintain trackers for visas, licenses, insurance, and employee records.
