HR cum Admin – Branch Operations & Recruitment

Location: Bangalore, Koramangala
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive HR cum Admin professional to manage branch-level operations and drive recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will oversee daily administrative functions, support employee management, and ensure smooth functioning of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for various roles
  • Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
  • Support performance management and employee engagement activities
  • Handle HR queries and ensure adherence to company policies

Branch Administration:

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations and office management
  • Manage inventory, housekeeping, facilities, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure discipline, staff punctuality, and operational standards
  • Support management in maintaining SOPs and business continuity
  • Coordinate between departments for smooth academic and operational flow

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s / Masters degree preferred (HR/Business Administration advantageous)
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR and administrative operations
  • Strong communication, coordination, and people management skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle operational responsibilities independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HR systems, and documentation
