The HR Manager cum Recruitment Specialist will oversee all aspects of human resource management, with a strong focus on talent acquisition for the interior fit-out and construction sector. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and HR compliance to support the company’s growth and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical, design, project management, and site positions.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates from the interior fit-out and construction industry.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates in coordination with department heads.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Negotiate employment terms and prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records, HR database, and personnel files.
- Manage onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
3. Performance Management
- Coordinate annual and probationary performance appraisals.
- Support managers in setting performance goals and KPIs.
- Recommend and implement employee development plans.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Organize employee engagement and team-building activities.
- Support initiatives to promote company culture and employee satisfaction.
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions for skill enhancement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–10 years of HR experience, with at least 10 years in the interior fit-out / construction industry.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for technical and project-based roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, ATS).
