We are looking for a professional and highly organized HR cum Secretary to join our Building Contracting Company in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents
- Maintain employee files and HR records
- Coordinate visa processing, medical tests, Emirates ID, and labor documentation
- Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
- Prepare salary certificates, warning letters, and other HR correspondence
- Manage correspondence, emails, and telephone calls
- Prepare reports, letters, and meeting minutes
- Maintain confidential documents and records
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in HR, Administration, and Secretarial work
- Experience in a Building Contracting Company is preferred
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently

- Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 (depending on experience)
