Job Summary:
The HR Data Analyst will play a key role in analyzing workforce data, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting evidence-based HR decision-making. The role focuses on HR metrics, reporting, and system optimization while also supporting compliance and HR operations.
Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and maintain accurate HR data across all HR systems (HRIS, payroll, and government portals such as GOSI, Muqeem, and Qiwa).

Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to provide insights on headcount, turnover, recruitment, performance, and compensation.

Analyze workforce trends to support strategic HR planning, manpower forecasting, and decision-making.

Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company HR policies through accurate reporting and audits.

Support recruitment data analysis (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).

Monitor employee performance and engagement metrics, providing analytical support for performance management processes.

Identify training and development needs through data analysis and help measure training effectiveness.

Partner with HR and business leaders to provide data-driven insights that improve workforce planning, retention, and employee satisfaction.

Generate periodic HR reports for management and external audits.

Support digital HR transformation projects, including system upgrades, automation, and analytics initiatives.
Requirements:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree.

2–3 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or HR operations.

Proficiency in HRIS and advanced Microsoft Excel/Power BI (data visualization & reporting).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Solid understanding of HR processes, labor legislation, and payroll.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data effectively.
