HR/ Employment Visa Consultant - F10

An Employment Visa Consultant manages the end-to-end visa application process for clients, ensuring compliance with international immigration laws. Key duties include assessing client eligibility, preparing documentation, and liaising with embassies. They provide expert guidance on work permits to ensure smooth relocation and successful visa attainment.

Key Job Description Components:

  • Consultation & Eligibility: Interview clients to determine eligibility for work visas in various countries.
  • Documentation Management: Gather, check, and submit necessary legal documents, ensuring precision to avoid rejection.
  • Liaison & Communication: Act as the intermediary between clients and embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on changing immigration laws and visa policies to guide clients accurately.
  • Process Management: Monitor and track application progress from submission to approval.
  • Sales & Service: Convert inquiries into paid clients by offering expert advice on visa options and costs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Often requires 1–3+ years in immigration, student visa, or legal consulting.
  • Skills: Strong communication, counseling ability, and proficiency in documentation.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Common Responsibilities:

  • Conducting consultations via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Updating client files and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Advising on relocation logistics and required documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
