Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Source, screen, and schedule interviews.
Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and induction programs.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Assist in employee engagement activities and events.
Handle employee queries and grievances in coordination with seniors.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support payroll processing by collating attendance and leave data.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Performance & Training:
Assist in performance appraisal processes.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
General HR Support:
Draft letters, circulars, and HR communication.
Assist in policy implementation and process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR functions.
Good knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,564.20 - ₹34,000.69 per month
