We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Human Resources Officer to join our team and support our continued growth.

Job Description:

As the HR Officer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with management to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the competitive Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with UAE labor laws.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally and confidentially.
• Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and employee benefits.
• Support performance management and appraisal systems.
• Organize employee training, development, and team-building initiatives.
• Ensure HR records and databases are accurate and up to date.
• Act as the main point of contact for HR-related queries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate or a similar fast-paced industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or similar) is an advantage.
• Experience working in Dubai or the UAE real estate sector is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
