RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee recruitment, from job postings to interviews, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, handle grievances, manage conflict resolution, and promote employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Implement performance reviews and feedback systems, working with managers to address development needs and improve employee performance.
- Administer salary and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair compensation, and conducting market research for salary benchmarking.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, maintaining and updating company HR policies and procedures.
- Manage HR systems, employee records, payroll, and compliance reporting.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (HR certification or Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
