A.J Worldwide Service Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd. is a growing name in the freight forwarding and logistics industry. We provide air, sea, courier, and cold chain solutions to our clients. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our HR operations and employee management at our head office in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both office and operational staff (operations, sales, drivers, support staff, etc.).
- Maintain HR records, contracts, and employee files in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support onboarding, induction, and training for new hires.
- Handle attendance, leaves, and overtime tracking; coordinate with accounts for payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with Pakistani labor laws and company policies.
- Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes.
- Assist in performance management systems, appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare periodic HR reports for management review.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and welfare initiatives to improve workforce productivity.
- Coordinate with management for manpower planning and resource allocation for logistics operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience (preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or related industries).
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in Pakistan.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Professional attitude with attention to detail.
