Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and selection process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
- Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, performance data).
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across the organization.
- Prepare HR-related reports and maintain HR databases.
- Organize training & development programs as per management guidance.
- Support disciplinary and termination processes when required.
- Act as a bridge between employees and management for smooth communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in HR (fresher with internship experience may also be considered).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/Payroll tools).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
