Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and selection process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, performance data).
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across the organization.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and maintain HR databases.
  • Organize training & development programs as per management guidance.
  • Support disciplinary and termination processes when required.
  • Act as a bridge between employees and management for smooth communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in HR (fresher with internship experience may also be considered).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS/Payroll tools).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
