Profile: HR Exeutive

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.

Salary Range:25K-30K

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning. Schedule and conduct interviews, assessments, and background verifications. Collaborate with department heads to finalize hiring decisions. Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and culture. Support employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and satisfaction. Maintain and update recruitment databases, reports, and records. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws in recruitment practices. Participate in employer branding activities and career fairs to attract talent. Skills:

Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple positions and work under tight deadlines. Proficiency in HR software, job portals, and MS Office. Qualification:

Bachelor//'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
