HR Executive

Munnar, India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Handle attendance management system and ensure accuracy in records (including late marks, leave applications, overtime, and shift management).
  • Work on WinHMS software for attendance, payroll, and HR-related data management.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly.
  • Support in preparing payroll inputs and coordinating with the accounts team.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.) in coordination with HR Manager.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and assist in grievance handling.
  • Provide administrative support in day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Hands-on knowledge of WinHMS software.
  • Strong skills in recruitment and attendance handling.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
